Tony serves as President of IIX, bringing more than four decades of experience in the Title Plant industry. A proven leader and innovator, he has guided IIX’s growth into a trusted provider of enterprise software and data solutions serving clients across multiple states.

He began his career in engineering and enterprise systems development, holding technical and management positions with organizations such as Hunting Engineering, ATCO, and the South Australian Meat Corporation before establishing his own US-based technology consultancy in the 1980s. He founded The Computer Assistant, providing technology consulting across diverse industries and creating INFOsearch — one of the first ministry-oriented data indexing systems published by NavPress in 1986. His early software innovations led to the founding of IIX, where he spearheaded the development of the company’s flagship Title Plant platform and a comprehensive suite of services for indexing, posting, searching, and data integration.

Born and educated in the UK and Australia, Tony holds an Honors Bachelor of Applied Science in Metallurgy from Adelaide University and a Master of Theology degree from Dallas Theological Seminary. Under his leadership, IIX continues to deliver advanced, reliable, and client-focused technology solutions for the evolving Title Industry. Tony and his wife, Caryl, live in Texas.

Vikas Lamba, Chief Executive Officer of IIX, is an accomplished business leader with more than 25 years of experience at the intersection of computer science, finance, and enterprise innovation. His career combines deep technical expertise with strategic leadership, applying data-driven intelligence and AI to transform business operations and deliver sustainable growth.

Before joining IIX, Vikas held senior roles in risk management and front-office divisions at leading global financial institutions including JP Morgan Chase, UBS, Credit Suisse, and Man Investments. He has led strategic initiatives in data management, quantitative research, and technology transformation, integrating financial insight with advanced analytics to drive efficiency and innovation.

Vikas is a certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) and holds a Master’s degree in Finance and Investments from City, University of London, a Master of Business Administration from Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School, University  College  Dublin, and has completed the Algorithmic Trading Programme at Saïd Business School, University  of  Oxford. Known for his analytical mindset and collaborative approach, Vikas fosters a culture of transparency, continuous improvement, and team empowerment. As CEO, he drives IIX’s strategic direction, fostering innovation in AI-driven data management and next-generation Title Plant technologies and solutions.

Robin Scott, Director of Plant Operations at IIX, oversees project and plant management, software development, client support, and database operations. With over two decades of experience in the Title Industry, she brings deep expertise across all facets of title operations — including abstracting, title examination, escrow management, and policy production.

As a collaborator of several core enhancements to IIX’s proprietary Title Plant software, Robin has played a key role in streamlining workflows, improving data reliability, and driving system performance. Her hands-on leadership ensures that each project aligns with client goals and that IIX continues to deliver high‑quality, efficient, and scalable plant solutions.

Passionate about operational excellence and client success, Robin fosters collaboration across technical and support teams to deliver innovative, data‑driven outcomes that uphold IIX’s standards of performance and integrity.

Ashley, Director of Operations and Finance at IIX, oversees operations, financial management, and strategic planning to ensure efficiency, accountability, and sustainable growth.
Since joining the company in 2007, she has held key leadership roles that have shaped IIX’s operational excellence and financial discipline. Her work fosters collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational alignment with IIX’s strategic objectives.

For nearly two decades, she has held multiple roles within Finance and Operations, contributing to the company’s growth and transformation through dedication, strategic insight, and operational excellence.

In her role, Ashley works closely with the leadership team to oversee daily operations, financial management, and long-range planning. She is responsible for ensuring that the company’s internal processes support its strategic objectives, maintaining efficiency and accountability across departments.

Jon, Director of Technology at IIX, brings over 19 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and operations management. He directs the company’s technology strategy, ensuring secure, scalable, and high‑performance systems that power IIX’s Title Plant platform. His expertise in network architecture, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity drives innovation and reliability across all technology solutions. Committed to operational excellence, he leads efforts to strengthen system resilience and business continuity, aligning technology initiatives with IIX’s mission of delivering trusted, future‑ready solutions to clients.

Joey White, Head of Sales & Client Relations at IIX, brings over 25 years of executive leadership experience focused on relationship management, communication, and strategic development. He oversees client engagement and partnership initiatives, ensuring collaboration and long‑term value in every interaction. Known for his integrity, empathy, and results‑oriented approach, Joey bridges business needs with practical solutions that advance client success.
